With over 15 years of experience, we specialize in facilitating safety and emergency preparedness trainings. Our team holds advanced certifications in Trauma Informed Facilitation, Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events (CRASE) through ALERRT, Advanced Behavioral Threat Assessment, and Abuse Prevention, accredited by Safe Sport. We bring both formal training and real-world experience to help organizations and communities create safety strategies that are practical, empowering, and grounded in care.
